Focused shock wave
The energy of the pressure pulse generated in the liquid by electromagnetic and other effects is called the concentrated energy
wave after focusing. Focused energy waves are produced by pressure pulses, which are actually focused shock waves. Because many
divergent non-focused products on the market with completely different principles are called shock waves, in order to avoid
confusion and misunderstandings, the name of this product is named like focused energy waves.
Focused (hard shock) - Smaller focal point for greater accuracy and greater treatment depth.
* Focused machine storz medical
* Deep reach up to 12cm dependent on the attachments used
* Precise energy delivery to the exact area
* Fast impulse
* High energy density.
Micro energy shock wave massager:
The micro energy shock wave instrument is generated by the metal film in the water due to the electromagnetic pulse effect. After
this pressure wave enters the human tissue, the physical properties such as the stress effect, the cavitation effect, and the
piezoelectric effect can cause the function of the human tissue to produce fine bubbles. Changes, microand low-energy shock waves
can cause changes in human tissue microcirculation system, painful nervous system and other biological mechanisms, promote the
improvement of microcirculation system, dredge the veins, induce nerve regeneration, promote blood vessel expansion and
regeneration, and repair damaged tissue cells and towns. Pain and sealing of
nerve endings and loosening of soft tissue adhesion can improve the body's biological function. The micro energy shock wave
instrument can achieve the purpose of health conditioning more conveniently and effectively through wave sources of different
shapes and different characteristics.
Soft tissue repair:
(1)Shoulder: Frozen shoulder, long head biceps tendonitis, subacromial bursitis, calcified supraspinatus
tendonitis;
(2) Elbow: lateral epicondylitis of humerus, medial epicondylitis of humerus;
(3) Wrist: tenosynovitis, finger arthritis;
(4) Knee: patellar tendonitis, knee arthritis;
(5) Foot: plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, Achilles tendon
shortening;
(6) Neck and waist: neck and shoulder muscle pain, coccyx pain, third lumbar transverse process syndrome etc
Bone tissue diseases:
Nonunion, delayed union and nonunion of fracture, avascular necrosis of femoral head in adults. Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy: Muscle
erosion, nerve damage.
Wound healing: wound healing, diabetic foot, pressure sores.
Andrology diseases, etc.: impotence, prostatic inflammation, genital sclerosis.
Bad breath disease: plus the lower joints are disordered, etc.

1. Cavitation effect
When shock waves act on tissues, the gas in the tissues expands and collapses at an extremely fast speed. When the bubbles collapse, there is a high-speed micro-jet phenomenon, accompanied by a rapid expansion of the bubble
volume, producing a cavitation effect, causing local microcapillary rupture in the tissue, leakage of blood and cell media, generation of free radicals, and stimulation of new blood vessel formation, dredging occluded microvessels, accelerating microcirculation at the treatment site, improving local blood circulation, and loosening the adhesion of soft tissues.
2. Piezoelectric effect
As a mechanical force, shock waves act on bone tissue, first increasing the stress of bone tissue and generating polarization potential, causing piezoelectric effect. It can accelerate healing, promote the production of collagen, promote
metabolism and microcirculation, and the formation of new blood vessels in ligaments, and stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts, thereby promoting bone healing and playing an osteogenic role.
3. Metabolic activation effect
By acting on local diseased tissues, the blood supply at this place is increased, bringing new growth factors, and inducing stem cells to transform into normal tissue structures, reducing the inflammatory reaction and edema at the affected area, and accelerating recovery.
4. Analgesic effect
High-intensity shock waves have extremely strong stimulation on nerve endings, reducing nerve sensitivity and unable to conduct pain signals. Changes in free radicals around cells release substances that suppress pain and increase the
pain threshold, thereby relieving pain.
What's The Difference Between Radial & Focused Shock Waves (The Physics)?
While radial waves are good at providing relief over a wider area and can treat low-depth issues such as those on the Achilles or elbow, other conditions can require more focused treatments. Radial waves are characterised by three key points - they have lower maximum intensity, - they have a divergent wave - they deliver their maximum intensity to a 'superficial' area i.e low depth. This depth is usually around 3 - 4cm.
Focused shock waves allow for 'adjustable' penetration depending on where needs to be treated and are ideal for treating deeper problem areas such as hamstring, pelvic or hip issues. Focused waves are characterised as having a higher maximum intensity, delivered as a convergent wave with an adjustable depth of focal area. This can range between 2 and 30cm. The reason the waves are different is down to how the therapy is applied. While -
RSWT follows a pneumatic principle, using compressed air and transmitters to determinethe wave shape
- FSWT follows an electroacoustic principle, using electromagnetism and coupling pads to apply deeper, focused and
adjustable waves..
